Ever wish you could get up on stage and sing your heart out on American-Idol and have Simon and the crew judge you? That’s what you’ll be doing in Karaoke Revolution Presents: American Idol. While the idea seems about as good as this season’s talent, it does make for a fun and quite amusing party game. And what is even better is that the game comes with its own microphone so that you make yourself seem like the idol or idiot, which ever your singing talent makes you out to be. It promises to be a fun game for a party, for a mutlitude of diferent reasons.

Story 1/10

Since this is a party game, there is no real story here to be honest. If anything, I guess you could say you’re a singer that made it through the auditions and are working your way by singing your heart out to be the next American Idol. Still this is a party game so there is no story what so ever to the game.

Graphics 5/10

The graphics are okay in the game, nothing spectacular but nothing bad either they’re just average. The majority of the graphics in the game go with making your character that are all teeny-bopperish, and then you select a song on a nice looking menu. There’s nothing really that stands out like in Guitar Hero, but then again what music type party game stands up to Guitar Hero now a days really? Is there room for improvement? Honestly no, because this isn’t the type of game that has to look pretty to be good. The game play is what either makes or breaks it.
